Create a file called “Mods” here and move all of your downloaded and unzipped mods into this folder. To do so you simply navigate from your drive to Program Files (x86), Steam, Steam Apps, common, then Witcher 3.

Method 3 - Blood and Broken Bones (Hard) - Download and manually install the files on your PC I did that and most of my mods didn’t work or seemed to break the game.
